Challenger Trailers
The worst service I have ever experienced

Three weeks ago I ordered a new lid from the Challenger Trailers factory in Naboomspruit for my trailer.
I have already paid therefore and have been waiting for delivery.
On every occassion that we spoke, I stressed the fact that I needed the lid to go on holiday.
I further stressed the fact that I was due to leave tomorrow (Sunday) morning.
On Monday they delivered the wrong lid.
They tried again...
On Wednesday, they once again, delivered the wrong trailer lid.
(i.e. they got this wrong twice!)
Finally, they committed to deliver a new lid to me today.
When it was delivered, the paint was ruined as it was bubble-wrapped while it was wet.
The trailer lid has now returned to the factory and I don't have one.
(They gor the delivery wrong 3 times!)
Notwithstanding numerous promises to get this right, my holiday is now ruined and I am out of pocket.
I have not experienced such bad service in many years.
