Female teller not TREATING ME FAIRLY AS A CUSTOMER

I would like to report that I was misled, undermined and I'm still inconvenienced by the female teller who to my face on the 17 March 2013 .I called in then later went to ask for a receipt as a proof of purchase for the BlackBerry I purchased about 6months ago so I can't take it for repairs. She insisted I give them my phone to repair it will take only 10 days she said. On the 6 April I decided to go and find out what the delay was. She was rude to me because she ignored me as if I was not even there and continued to speak to a fellow male colleague of hers in Nguni about me while I was standing there stupidly. I kindly asked her when am i going to receive my phone because she promised me it will only take 10 working days. I still don't know why she chose to embarrass, undermine and mislead me in such a way. I still don't know when I'm going to receive my BlackBerry 9320 .I was ordered to go home they will call me. She even sarcastically laughed as she asked the male colleague if he has ever seen a cellphone go to repairs for 10 days.
