Terrible attitude no customer service at all

Date of incident 24 April 2013: after being delayed at the bank due to only one teller working at teller of transactions exceeding R20 000.00 I'm finally referred to this teller (Winnie Masoka) who just came back from lunch. She and her male colleague first talk about us, I heard her male colleague telling her that I'm angry. Winnie took her time to get ready deliberately to make me even more angry. eventually she called me, she told me I could not withdraw more than R50k, which made me even more angry because I was at the bank the previous day to make sure my limits are increased. She told me after speaking to the consultants about that I should have also spoken to the tellers (I don't think this is my job). I spoke to bank manager who was helpful and tried to resolve the matter. I had to go back to the tellers for withdrawal. When I got there, Winnie was told she must assist me after finishing with the customer she was helping. She only helped me when all the customers were done, I even asked her what is the problem, she said they should have brought me to the front of the que, but I heard them telling her in front of me that she must help me first. She has a very bad attitude.
