Arrogant Manager that shows no respect

On Friday 5th April my family and I were shopping in Bela Bela Highveld Shopping Centre as we always do as we own a house at Mabula Game Reserve. My mother was shopping at Liquor City when she accidently bumped a bottle of whiskey over in the isle. The manager approached her and arrogantly ordered her to pay up as she had broken it. He didnt even asl if she was ok. When I got to the till and found this out and asked the manager why he was so abrupt he told me that if I dont like it then get out too. This I duly did. This store is always in a mess and there are always tons of stock on the floor and you can barely move around. This is disgraceful and will ruin Liquor Citys reputation if not rectified.
