Reporting a problem on the Liquor City Website is of no use. An incident took place on 09/09/13 and was reported on the website where they make provision for complaints, but no feedback was given till date.
It seems as from manager upwards nobody cares about customers. The impression is making money but no customer service
On 09/09/13 a bottle fell off an over stacked rack which I was blamed for The attitude of the manager was very rude and I was forced to pay for it. The rack was totally over stacked I took the bottle off the rack, replaced it and decided to rather buy the special After a few seconds the bottle fell and broke. The security officer picked up the sealed lid and informed me that the supplier will refund it. After I paid for the special the manager came in and demanded payment for the broken bottle. The manager was very rude and made me feel like a criminal. According to the security camera I was a few steps away from the rack when the bottle dropped Paying for the broken bottle was not an issue, it was the way it was dealt with that was totally unacceptable to me, I later established that if they return the sealed lid to the supplier, they most probably get a refund
