Customer from Klyt interfering with Liquor store

On Saturday 30 November 2013 at 10h45 a employee from KLYT driving a white open bakkie was doing shopping in Olivewood Liquor Store. When one of the liquor store employees ask another customer to remove his cooler box from the counter as the shop does not allowed packing goods directly in cooler boxes, and it is also disturbing other customers from their pleasant shopping experience, the lady from KLYT interfere with rude remarks and even swearing at the employee. SO LADY WAS THIS A GOOD ADVERTISMINT FOR YOU AS A AREA AGENT FOR KLYT. I dont think so. How will you teat your customers if you cant even respect Olivewood employees and other customers of Olivewood Liquors
