No Installation after two weeks of purchasing!!!

My father who is a pensioner purchase a DSTV Decoder at Game N1 City after he was at Multichoice oppiste Game N1 City who refered him to buy the unit at Game N1 City -Goodwood - Cape Town. This was on the 4th Jan 2014 .After making the call from the number on the voucher I received an sms after calling the call centre for installation that the installer is from Elite Electronics and Installer Mr Joost Cell No. 0826637468 who never called me to make an arrangement. I have called the installer three times already and he keep on telling me that he is waiting on dishes and this after 12 days after purchasing. Could you please assist ELS0215819 .Your urgent response and action will greatly be appriciated. Thanking you.
