On friday the 5th Arpil i purchased and xbox game which cost R600. not even having the game or even playing it for the full weekend, it scratches and freezes to the point where the console needs to be turned off at the plug.

today, 8th April, i got to game at about 1pm asking for assistance. One of the guys who sits at the till point right next to the games says he'll call someone. he calls fahiem who tries to get their console working- with no success. i advise i cannot stay too long. he says i need to speak to the guy at the till. sorry, dont know his name. he doesnt seem like he knows what he's taking about and says i must wait. didnt appreciate that customer service. so i had to leave with no solution.
