Unable to provide feedback on faulty T&Cs

On Thursday 11 April, I put in leave to go to HiFi Corp Cape Gate with the intention of getting my wife a new cellphone contract.

After more than an hour, I am signing documents and notice that the minutes are not as per the T&Cs. They want to sell me a contract that gives me 75 off peak minutes when their Terms and Conditions clearly state that it is 75 anytime, any network minutes.

After going to the manager, the agent comes back and tells me that they have escelated the matter, and we cannot proceed with anything. MORE THAN 2 HOURs OF MY LIFE WASTED!!!

I wait around for another 30 - 45 minutes outside of the managers office to find out what the ETA is for feedback, only to be told that they will call me the following day. At 12:00 the following day, I call Mishke after no contact, and am told it has been escelated and they are waiting for feedback. at 16:00 I call again and get the number for the regional manager who is aparantly working from home and cannot help with anything.

I ask both him and Mishke for feedback before end of day. None received.

Called Mishke again on 08/04 and again waiting for feedback. No one knows when of IF this will be sorted out.
