OPT OUT of newsletter - Still receiving SPAM

I have on numerous occasions OPT OUT on ALL communications from the EDCON group, contacted them on the website, to lay a complaint: received a reference number: 1001140324/GO.

But I still receive newsletters from ALL EDCON related.
