Edcon has listed me as a slow payer due to unpaid cellphone insurance premiums.

According to their insurance cover, if 3 consecutive premiums not not met, the cover lapses.

INSURANCE 101 FOR DUMMIES
If the insured does not pay an insurance premium, there will be no cover for that period.
It does not mean that the insured owes the insurer money for premiums not paid.

I hope Edcon will be able to understand this message as it is written in simple english.

I await Edcon's response before taking legal action.
