Poor Back Up Service on Defective Goods

2 years ago I bought an expensive Samsung Fridge which is faulty again!! -it now just passed its 2 year warranty (shocking as one buys a brand this expensive expects many years of service from it!)This particular model must have been a REJECT as this is the 3rd repair warranted. Within a couple months of it been purchased the LCD panel failed and needed to be replaced. -12months later it started leaking- imagine a R10k fridge model #RL67MCPN (please don't buy this fridge from Makro). A couple of days ago my fridge started making a humming sound which escalating to a tractor sound like it could explode with water leaks. I called Makro (who sold me this defective fridge) now advising that it has passed the 2yr warranty and I need to speak to Samsung directly even though you guys got it repaired twice! A DEFECTIVE FRIDGE was sold to me and now I have to pay for repair. This is unacceptable because if you check your records this fridge was defective and needed 2 repairs in 2 years already! Stop selling damaged units guys and provide back up service when there are valid issues / complaints as in this case... I don't need a freebie but want what's fair and due this unit has been troublesome!!
