Hea board not correct size

I bought furniture worth R86000 from Furniture city, the letter couches that are not even 2 years old are getting torn, the head board that was meant to be a queen head board leaves space, me queen bed doesn't properly fit.on friday my son fell through the spaces.i've even tried to get someone to maybe put an additional wood so the my bed can fit by they refused to do it saying i should take it back to the furniture store.i've spoken to bheki a number of times because he was the sales person and he's promised me that he's going to send out a van to come fetch the stuff.i'm waiting till today.i really don't want that head board anymore, i want a head board of the same value.
