Enough is Enough

After waiting 6 weeks for my purchase of a set of bunk beds for my kids (2 and 4 at the time) I finally received it, BROKEN!! the board for the bed was too large and split the head board. I was so tired of waiting that I left it. Also, the guys couldn't't put it together properly because the warehouse failed to give them all of the nuts and bolts. That was in July last year, now 8 months later my son is sleeping on the floor because the entire bed broke in half! He is only 5. Customer care called to tell me that they would be there Thursday (yesterday) to collect and repair. Not sure how you can repair a bed in like 4 pieces but any ways There are sharp pieces of wood sticking out of the bed. If he was asleep in the bed and it broke this would have been a different story. I'm pretty sure that the other bunk bed will end up with the same fate as the workman's ship is horrible and the beds flimsy, you wouldn't't say that after paying thousands for it and 3 times the price on interest.
All I have had are endless problems with Furniture City and I want to know when enough is enough. When will you live up to your promises??? All I wanted was a set of decent bunk beds to last. All I hav
