I bought a 3 piece Renato bedroom suite and Sealy comfort base set from Russells on the 05.07.2013.
They delivered my goods on the 13.07.2013. When I opened up the goods, I found that the mirror was broken and the head board has a scratch on it. I did report the matter to the person who sold it to me: 843416 was the salespersons code. They told me I must bring the mirror to the store and take a photo of the head board and send it to them. In August I went to the store again and they said, they will bring back the mirror and fix the head board. In September I went again and they told me they would come within a week. It is the 25.10.2013 today and still nothing has happened. Every month I go and pay. This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. If I knew this, I wouldn't have bought it from them in a first place. BAD ATTITUDE!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
