Worst customer service ever!

I bought a pair of shoes yesterday 14/01/2013. Was too small and had to be exchanged today (15/01/2013) at your St George's Mall branch. I should have known what I was in for because I called to check if they had the spec size, but he was not prepared to check, he actually told be to take a walk and come see for myself! Got there and I was given a lecture on the fact the shoes looked worn. Yes, there was some lines on the leather Bronx shoes as my son tried it on for 10 seconds! Also, there were some lines when I bought it as a result of customers fitting in store, but the soles looked new, so I bought it! I was unsure what his intentions were? How much could it have been worn in half a day. I had to listen like as stupid child on how much trouble he was going to have selling these "worn" shoes. Unbelievable, maybe he should talk to the manufacturers about this, I could not have prevented it in the fitting. It is unprofessional to treat any customer like this for no legitimate reason. Never buying here again! But I see from the other complaints these stores are known for bad attitudes, who is in charge of recruiting and customer services??
