I recently opened account with truworths and bought a pair of shoes, very beautiful and sexy shoes. I fitted the shoes in the shop and walked a bit in the shop with them shoes on. A week later I wore the shoes and just on my way to work from walking at the car park to the building i work at, the shoes were slipping off as if Im wearing the slippers. If I hadn't worn the shoes, I mean, if I hadn't worn the shoes I never would have noticed the problem, I wear heels daily, my work requires me to wear only them.

I tried to return the shoes and I was told the shoes wont be credited as I have already worn the shoes. Mind you, the shoes were only worn and walked in only a few steps from parking to work. its still as good as new.
a friend of mine said i could have cutted the stich and return the shoes as damaged, but as an honest soul and new client, i decided to be as truthful and original with the problem.

The service is such a stink hole, i mean, instead of overriding the problem and making the customer happy, they rather loose the prospective client who contributes and grows books.
In conclusion, TRUWORTHS VAAL MALL has ARROGANT and SELF CENTRED STAFF and NEVER GOING AGAIN
