Went the store yesterday looking for the invoice of my notebook that was, a young lady by the name of Baliseng assisted me so nice she had a smile on her face treated me like i was purchasing something and was just looking for an invoice so that i can claim at my insurance she just wanted the serial number of my notebook luckily i had the serial on the documents i had. Took her 3 minutes to get the invoice for me i will definitely purchase my notebook at Incredible connection after claiming from the insurance. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TREATED FAIRLY LIKE ALL THE CUSTOMERS.
