Torn Trousers

I bought two trousers from Kurt Geiger in Polokwane on the 23rd January during their Summer Sale. Upon wearing those trousers, i realised the quality on their sewing material was so bad as one got torn from the whole backside as I was pumping the tyres at a filling station. I attempted to take them back to the shop as it was within the first hour, not even day that i had worn them. The store refused to exchange them but them offered to fix them were they were torn or i should wait for other materials from stores which was on sale. I refused on the former because the store acknowledged the material was bad on the trousers as i was not the first customer to complain about them. i settled for the latter whereby the store promised to call me as soon as the items from other stores arrive. i never got a call and everytime i went by myself to enquire in the shop, i found that in fact, stuff has come from other shops and i was not called and my size is actually finished. I since went into that more than five times and the personnel seems to be annoyed by my presense. I don't know what to do, please help me as I'm sitting with two trousers worth R2000 but cant wear them as they are torn.
