Country Road
Extremely poor Qaulity

I'm a Country Road fan and all my close are Coutry Road. Now, I'm almost forced to change my brand.
I've lost pairs of trousers over the past few month, ranging from R699 to R1299.
The 1st two trousers I through away as they were so badly damaged. A few weeks ago I found two more trousers damaged and decided that I rather returned them, than to through them away.
Yesterday, I returned them to Country Road Canal Walk to be replaced. I was shocked when they informed me that they won't be replacing my trousers, as I used the washing machine to wash them. What man is reads the small label inside. The assistance and understanding were so poor. They manager still wanted to give me back the trousers, as they won't swop it and I told him to keep it, becuase nobody would want to wear such badly damage trouser.

My question is,
Why is the qaulity so bad that a few machine washes can damage it?
Why shoulld we waste more money on their brand, if it is of such a low qaulity?

I'll be informing all my friends too, as most of them are Country Road fans, but I'll change their minds.
