Very Dissatified Consume

Good day... i have purchased "My Cindy Voice Control" doll from Pavillion on Christmas Eve between 17h00 & 19h00 for my daughter. As it is voice controlled and has so many functions, i thought this was the ideal gift. Now, i am very dissatified with this doll. It is Voice controlled which is suppose to follow certain instructions that it comes with. unfortunately this does not work the way it is supposed to. This doll was suppose to tell stories, sing songs and play games. i have this doll for 3 weeks and never heard this doll tell a story. Everytime when you request for the doll to tell a story, it does something else. And always say that it cant hear you. No matter what instruction you give, it does not follow it.

i paid R400.00 for this thinking it was a really good gift. i do all of my toy and baby shopping at Toys r Us as i get discounts with Discovery. And i personally think that either there is something wrong with this doll, or this doll is just a waste of time and money. if i knew this doll, didnt work the way its supposed, i honeslty would have bought more toys for the same price for my child.

i dont have the receipt neither do i have the box. what do i do?
