Dion Wired
Worst Service EVER!!

I've been to Dion Wired everyday from Saturday the 21st of December to Friday 27 December (excludinf 25th & 26th) to apply for a Samsung 7" tablet contract. Everytime I'm asked to bring something else! I've given them everything they require and still I'm waiting for any response! The cellphone sales team is absolutely incompetent and the sales manager makes plenty false promises that he never keeps! I've phoned a million times and never get called back no matter how upset I tell them I am! I actually phoned the Vodacom credit vetting department with 1 sales lady's code and was told they fax the documents through incorrectly that is why they never receive them! I told the sales team that but they refuse to do anything about it and always believe they are right! Dion Wired is the WORST store to buy from and I will never return to their store again! I'll make sure everyone knows how bad they are!!!
