Further to my report on 08 March 2013...

Natasha Lucas of Edcon contacted me by telephone and requested that I email her the death certificate and ID of my mother.

After receiving no response, I RESENT the email requesting confirmation on: 12 March 2013 09:16 AM

I have still had no response from Natasha Lucas or anybody at EDCON... but of course I have heard from VVM attorneys with more colourful threatening letters and calls.

THE WOMAN IS DEAD!!! Why must EDCON and VVM continue to make the family suffer through all this?!?

The insurance on her Edgars account covers MORE THAN DOUBLE what her outstanding balance was. Just close the account and leave us alone!!!

Mother of the deceased is 81 years old and has to also see all this going on with nasty calls and letters.
I am going to now be investigating how to go about a case for harassment and emotional damages.
