Harassment for prescribed account

Fikile (Collections Team Manager at Edcon), as you know I wrote a complaint on 16 April regarding harassment by your collections agent, Shapiro Shaik DeFries & Associates for an account which prescribed in 2002. Your response was that you are 'investigating' the matter. There is nothing to investigate - the copy of the relevant account that you sent me is dated 1999 and is proof that it prescribed more than 10 years ago and your collections company is simply harassing me as they know full well that the account has prescribed. As I requested weeks ago, please send me a letter confirming that this account has prescribed and is NOT owing and EDCON should stop trying to avoid the obvious.
