There are numerous problems with Zando&I have tried to sort the problems out at the source without having to resort to hellopeter. Zando has recently been out of stock of numerous items that I paid for. This has been an incredible waste of time but is not even the problem that I am referring to. Zando offers either credit or refunds for an out of stock item. My husband ordered an item which was out of stock and instead of requesting a refund, he made a query about Zando credit which was being dealt with initially by Ashleigh. She had not responded within a week and he emailed her again four times. After no response I contacted Zando through Facebook&they informed me that a refund had been issued for the item&that Ashleigh had actually responded. I knew this wasnt the case as there was no follow up email from Ashleigh. They then dragged out the procedure and eventually emailed me "evidence" of the refund. This "evidence" referred to a refund for another out of stock item (Canterbury shirt) that was sorted out ages ago, &not the Cafe Cotton shirt that I was referring to all this time. They have wasted so much of my time&my patience has really run out now. Zando's customer service is just pathetic
