After opening an acc with Markam, and paying 50%

I opened an acc with Truworths, and after buying from them I then paid 50% of what I had purchased, and a month later I was told I was owing payment. When I spoke to the agent who called and asked them how come was I ask to pay that amount, they said it's my monthly installments. And my statement was sent to me.. Which is not true coz I never got the statements and my card. and of which I paid off and closed my acc. Now am trying to open an acc somewhere else and am being told I can't coz I missed payments. and it's reflecting bad on my credit record. This was never explained to me how it worked. Can you please rectify this and remove the bad rating you have on trans Union o I will take legal action against you. And I mean it. If no one calls me in the next 24 hours am going ahead to the ombudsman. As consumers we are tired of these big companies taking advantage of us..
