With reference to S000296766 (allocated to me when I logged a call at House & Home where I bought my fridge). A KIC fridge was purchased at House & Home Sandton, the appliance is STILL under warranty. Now I had a problem because the plastic covers of the shelves of the fridge are broken, which part reason why I logged the call. Cloud the technician arrived today to look and repair the fridge, then I find that according to him the reason why the fridge is broken is because of NEGLIGENCE by someone that lives in the house. So I asked how that can happen? I mean how could a person decide to start breaking the plastic shelves?? no heavy object are placed in the fridge (like pots and pans) so reasonable care is taken to make sure that the fridge is taken care of, so I can't accept such an accusation when it cannot be proven at all. The only explanation I got was that it has never happened before with other fridges. I would like for someone to tell me how we at home were careless in anyway I mean we ken paid for it why cause unnecessary damage? only other thing he said was he would fix it was if I paid. now it's leading me to believe its all about the money and not providing a service
