I bough a stove at a Makro last year, the stove suddenly switched off end of January not sure why. So what we did is went in to Makro to advise them, they advised that someone will come to look at it.
1. The person never came at the time they said he will
2.When he finally came, they looked at the stove said it had overheated and he needed to replace some part and he will be back in a couple of days, but he also took his time.
Then we finally discovered that the stove had to be taken in to be repaired, that's was fine with me
My problem is it has taken them almost two months to do this, but with no communications. No one told us that it would take this long, every time we call or go there they tell us today but the day ends with nothing.
No one has bothered to be honest with us and tell us, we called them last week and they had said to my daughter the stove will be there on the nth, when i call its a different story
I went there on the 02 April, spoke to the Manager who didn't really have time for me. She advised that the part is only arriving on the 14th April and there is nothing she can do. She promised to call me back just like the rest but never did. I am still waiting
