I just want my refund

I bought chairs and a desk last year. The chairs were delivered on time but I was told that the money I had paid for the desk was too low - they had quoted me on the wrong price and therefore could not deliver. They promised me a refund. To this date I have not received the refund. I have written the letter with ID copy as requested (3 December and 21 December 2012 to [Email Removed] and and they keep changing the rules. Now they want me to interact with Head Office because their rules have since changed. Even the manager has failed to assist after we spoke on the phone and I resent him the required letter [Email Removed] on 22 February 2013). This is just unacceptable - I just want my refund of a meagre R1, 299. A formal response would also show that they actually take me seriously as a customer.
