BAD SERVICE

I have purchased a lounge suite from Beares in Chatsworth (Joyhurst Street) on the 15/10/2012 and from the time we got it the seats were sinking and you can feel the wood. Although we sent it for repairs for a month and got it back we can still feel the wood on the arm rest and back rest and its still making noise. Could you get someone to sort it out because we are not happy with the product been sold by your branch and I suggest that you can even get a representative to sit on the sofa for 45 mins and see for yourself how uncomfortable it is. We got it for 6 months but we still not happy with it.
