Over 2 months to sort out incorrect stock delivery

A 4 piece Gabriella lounge suite to the value of R12000 was puchased from Savells Pietermaritzburg on 5/09/2013. Upon delivery, it was discovered that the 1 seater was torn at the back which was then sent back to the store. Another 1 seater was delivered, however the colour of it was different from the other 3 pieces. When I called the store manager Reshmee, she informed me that the correct piece will be delivered which to date has not happened. When I do manage to get a hold of her, she tells me that it should take a week and then i hear nothing. The last call to Reshmee, I was informed that the suppliers are busy with christmas deliveries and that she will try and get it sorted out as soon as poosible and I was also very rudely told that she will swop the entire set and that this will be the last time that she is going to do this. It's now been over 2 months since the purchase and I am still trying to get this problem sorted out. I got a hold of the call centre and I was informed that I have asked for the whole set to be swopped, which is not the case. I find that the store manager is rude and unwilling to assist. Such customer service is very poor and unprofessional.
