Complete disregard. Have to consider legal action

I will consult for legal action because for the second time in a year because of Whirlpool's shocking customer service.

I call the customer service because of my broken fridge and they say someone will call within a day to set up an appointment (an sms is even sent out to confirm this). But as happened last year, it was all a pipe dream.

A week after the promised 8 hours elapsed I call for an explanation and they tell me the technician was sick. Why didnt they tell me this earlier!? They then promised he will call that afternoon and lo and behold... NOTHING!

I call for an urgent explanation and they give me another FLIMSY excuse only for them to send another SMS saying they'll call in 8 hours!!! After every call they send out these SMSs which suggests to me that nearly all my calls are going unnoticed!

With this sort of disregard for clients I would never recommend that anyone buys their products if they expect good after sales service.

I have to now consult with my lawyers.
