Exchanging goods was quick and and easy

Woolworths at The Glen had a sale on last weekend. I bought a pair of men's jeans for my boyfriend which turned out to be the wrong size, as well a pair of Chino's that were also the wrong size.

The next day we went into the store, expecting hassles over the exchange of sale items, but we found the process to be fast and simple. The line at Customer Care was short and moved quickly, the lady was friendly and professional, and our goods were exchanged without any issues. We were in and out of there in minutes, and considering it was a busy Saturday morning, we were very impressed.
