Bad service

I bought shoes at this store and they gave me two different sizes by mistake and when I came to return the wrong size for the right one Leah told me that there is nothing she can do and that it is not her job to check if they have the right size. I am a regular woolies customer and for the first time I found this treatment really appauling.
