Same old same old

Since my complaint I had plenty feedback in the first week and since then I am back to square one, no bed and no service and lots of silence. its not my problem that you do not have stock and all the BS stories that I have heard since. I find it hard to believe that in the 3 months since my initial complaint there has not once been stock. my demand is that if this problem is not resolved by the end of this week I want a new bed to the same worth!!! this is becoming ridiculous, a person cannot keep fighting like this due to your incompetence! phone calls from agents ensuring they are waiting for stock doesn't help my situation of sleeping on springs!! you are fast to call a client once an official complaint has been made to keep the client quiet for a little while longer but there is no follow through, the next phone call I expect from the company is a delivery date on my new bed and no more excuses!! I am very disappointed with the continuous pathetic service i have received over the months, its a waste of my time and energy to get you to do your jobs!
