3 months still no delivery

We made a purchase @ furniture city in Nov 2013 and still we haven't received the goods! We paid our first installments for something we don't have. I call the branch 2-3 times a week just to get attitude from the managers and sales consultants. I emailed and contacted head office numerous times and the only response you get is a SMS. Then u never hear from anyone again. If I don't call no one will keep us updated. And for 3 months now the same answer, we receive stock this week. Same thing week after week! This is the SMS I received last. FURNITURE CITY

That's where it ends! People don't waste your time with any of these stores related in this group. You will only pay for things you never received. And whatever anyone promises from that company. Don't believe it, they will you over.
