Dail a Bed keeps on proving bad service

We bought a mattress cover, 2 pillows & frm Dail a Bed on 08/3/2013.Had a problem with delivery on 12/3/2013.As if that wasn't enough. On 13/3/13 retured the pillows coz they were too hard. I took new pillows & the assistant said I must let her know the next day if we prefer the new pillows, then they will generate the credit & new inv. Did that. Spoken to assistant couple of times. Been in the store twice for the new inv. Have still not received new inv. She says shes waiting for a manager to help her with it. Its been almost 3 weeks. I phoned again on 27/3/2013 & left a msg for her to phone me. Tried emailing, their email doesn't work. Still no word frm her. Were also given a discount on the pillows, but the prices of each item we bought got tweeked to work in the discount. So, the prices on the inv, doesn't show the true purchase price. This is not right. The inv must show proper transactions. The purchase prices of each item & a discount. The discount was given on the pillows, but yet, the mattress got inv for a much lower amount. I would like a proper invoice & I dont understand how it can take so long. I am also done wasting my money phoning after them.
