Appliances faulty with shocking service

I have never had such shocking service before. I bought 4 appliances at Game. They delivered each appliance separately to my house. One of the appliances did not work at all and had to be collected. I instruct the departmetn to call me and not deliver before 2, they call me at 12 and start shouting because I'm not at home despite my instructions. I rush home to obtain the new appliance and the 2 drivers delivering it stink of alcohol and are so unhelpful and unfriendly. I have now had to return the 2nd appliance as it doesn't work either. I call to speak to the manager of the store and get no assistance whatsoever. I instruct them to come fetch the appliance at 13.00 and get a call at 12.30 to say they are there. When I advise i'm on my way home I get shouted at again. I then go to game for a refund becuase I no longer want to use the appliances and I discuss my story with the person, they laugh at me and advise what a shame. No apology, no manager available to see me nothing. I spend R11 000 there just for terrible service. I will never buy at any Game store ever again, worst service ever.
