No Delivery!!!

We bought a fridge and washing machine/ tumble drier from Northgate on Friday (approximately R12 000 in value) and were told to expect delivery today (Monday 3 June). I took off work today and we got the old machines removed from our house in anticipation of our new kitchen appliances! So at 20h30, we sit with all of our food defrosted, an entire day off from work (another 3k loss) and no appliances??? I went into the store early this morning and they confirmed we would get the appliances today. I then called twice during the day just to confirm, then again at 5pm when Tebogo confirmed that they would be delivered today. I spoke with Dudu, and then Siyabonga (standing in for store manager who was absent). Siyabonga never came back to me, after committing to phone the drivers and let me know where my stuff is. The only person who did come back to us is Dudu, however she couldn't get a hold of the drivers and couldn't help us - I asked to get through to a manager but somebody hung up on me.By the time I called back again it was 5 to 6 and nobody answered, so what now? take off again? replace our food? get my money back for lost wages or can you actually deliver?
