What kind of second grade, tactless agents do you employ, American Swiss? Time to invest in some basic skills training. Your collection staff are rude, and shockingly seem to LIKE provoking clients?! Wake up, they do you more damage than anything else. I feel less motivated to settle what I owe now more than ever, no thanks to the wise guy calling me this morning - wish I got a name but he failed at that as well. Shame on your laking communication abilities, low standards, on bad attitude! All I asked is that you refrain from repeatedly calling my business line for personal calls. Why the need to say it 4 times?? I do not need be confronted by a angry little man, with: "then why did you give us your work number? " You attained it to verify employment upon my application, and it gives you no right to abuse it! There are other preferred methods of contact, namely my mobile, email & sms. Administrate like professionals or leave me alone. I can see my account status online myself, and I do get my statements thank you very much. Calling my office 10 times a day is harassment.
