CALLING AFTER 20h00

I commend the american swiss staff for doing their jobs.

However work times need to be negotiated as according to CPA, telemarketing is not supposed to be done after 20h00. whilst putting my kids to bed on Tuesday night i received a call from your head office requesting payment. So what use is there to phone clients at that time of the night? are we expected to get out of bed ond go make the payment?? if you can check previous correspondence, i usually pay on my payday - so why phone before that? and then to make the situation worse, the agent put the phone down on me.

very disappointed to client care.
