Unacceptable quality of Curtains

I bought 6 drops of White Blackout curtains from Sheet Street which came to R1500.00 in total. They have only been hanging up for a couple of weeks and the thread where you hook the curtain hooks through are unravelling so the top of the curtain is starting to hang down and it looks terrible (you cannot if tighten the thread as it breaks)! When we opened the curtains there were also stains / marks on the curtains which really frustrated me. It's so maddening when you spend a lot of money and you get rubbish quality goods. I am so fed up with Sheet Street! Come on guys how can you supply really bad quality products?!
