Absolutely Useless

For the 4th consecutive service on my bike (Yes I should have learnt by the second time) I have been given terrible service.
The second to last time I visited Cajees Centurion for a service was to true a bent rim, A week of hearing nothing and eventually going in to ask what has happened. The response was that they didn't even know where my wheel was. after almost an hour of waiting, they found my wheel, not repaired yet and absolutely no care either, so I left with the unfixed wheel.
The last time I decided to go for a full bike service, thinking well maybe they will do a better job seeing as its a full service I am asking for. I also requested that the tubeless tyres be sorted (the rear tyre was practically brand new, as I bought it from them and the front one was brand new after the service).
When I went to fetch the bike I was told the price was higher then stated on the website for a full service. The rim was still not true (I was not in the mood to argue so I just took it - like an). The first trail I went on at Groenloof Nature Reserve started with a leaking valve.
I am so sick of ones money! People like this should not be allowed to offer a service!
