29er Fox Shock Not Repaired

I took my bike into Cajees Fourways last week on Wednesday 15 May. The Fox shock was not locking out and didn't lock out since I bought the bike in September 2012. I took it in and they said it was the cable (Funny thing is that it wasn't working when they did the 1st free service which I did before the 24hour MTB race in December) annnnyways. So the bike was supposed to be returned to me yesterday (Thursday 23 May). I get a call this morning from Ravi Cajees Fourways telling me the shock was taken to Cape Town and repaired by Fox but when it returned back to Probike they found that it was still faulty. It`ll be another week they said. Since I use the bike everyday to commute from work and back (You can check it on strava) I`m left stranded having to spend R300 a week on transport. Do they give a? No they dont. I phoned Probike and Probike wasnt willing to assist me or give me an explaination. Cajees said they`d email me the job sheets and a promise in writing with the date specifying when I`ll get my bike back. Probike hasnt called me back and Cajees didn't email me the job card.
