On Tuesday, the 19th of March I went to your PnP store at Sable Square. I usually go to your Canal Walk branch, however decided to head to that branch as it would be less busy. I went about doing some shopping, the first problem that I had found is that this particular store doesn't have a lot of goods that I would usually be able to obtain from one of your larger stores. The second concern is that staff have no respect for one another. I was at the till, paying for the goods that I have purchased and I had asked the cashier to draw an additional R700.00 from our account. She had asked Meagan if she can arrange for the cash to delivered to her till. The response that was returned by Meagan, an employee of PnP, is that it is not her "INDABA". In all honestly, as an consumer having to endure an comment like that is unacceptable. I apologized to the cashier, even though it was necessary, as I had felt that their was no need for such an comment and even though the comment was not aimed at me, how would that cashier have felt after that. We spend on average about R3000.00 on groceries during an month, we can take our business elsewhere easily and it may not be a concern for your company.
