FAULTY DIAPERS AND LACK OF SERVICE

I have been experiencing problems with pampers diapers. It tears open at the sides and all the gel substance comes out. It happened a few times and caused rashes on my babies thighs. I send an email to pampers and was asked to send an email to forward pictures and batch numbers of the faulty diapers. I was promised feedback but it has been 3 months already an I have not heard anything yet. There were a few faulty diapers since then and have since stopped using the product.

I would rather pay for cheaper product and expect low quality than to pay for good quality and not receive it.
