Defective Pampers & Poor Service

I purchased a jumbo pack of Pampers diapers at a store only to find so many defective diapers in the pack. I contacted the complaints deparment 3 weeks ago where they advised me to take pictures and e-mail it along with the production code with a list of instructions which I did immediately. Each time I call to hear what is happeining with regards to my complaint I have to hear that they are still waiting on feedback! This is 3weeks later and they still waiting on feedback... This is disgusting its enough that I found poor quality diapers in the pack and then to be hit with poor service as well puts the cherry on the top!
