I placed an order through Zando, when I tried to pay it said authorization failed. Just afterwards I receive an sms the money went off my credit card. I phoned Zando and was told by Natalie that my order failed. She then proceeded to tell me that I need to send through proof of purchase. All fine and well but this means I need to stand for hours in a bank because Zando is trying to my money. My suggestion is they stand in line at the bank and phone me when they infront and I will come and draw a statement. Why should I have to waste my time because of Zando's mistake. Its not on. Then I still have a consultant with a bad attitude named Natalie"and she still insultaed me. Really??
