Friendly refund of my money after out of stock

I got a reply of "out to stock" for shoes that I purchased on Sunday with a store credit. As I wasn't interested in anything else at Zando I phoned to ask for a refund of my money already paid. To my surprise they said that my money will be refunded as soon as possible... no delay, no problem!

Very relieved and will in future go back to Zando!
