Horrible horrible Attitude/Cannot believe how rude

I have never in my life met such a rude person in my life. Initially when I wanted to pay, the cashier was just as rude saying the dual card I have on my mom's account is blocked because it has not been FICA'd after my mother and I took leave last year to Fica our accounts and my personal card and my mothers card doesnt have problems but the dual card has a problem. Ntabiseng kept telling me that my mothers card was FICA'd on the 13th of March 2013 which is also impossible as we did this last year and my mom had a knee replacement and was still in hospital on the 13th.
Ntabiseng immediatly had a horrible attitude and were rolling her eyes at us, I cannot believe that she is still employed and how such a person could ever be appointed to give customer service, she is a absolute disgrace to your company. I have had my account for a very long time and my mom has had hers for about 30 years, we also bought shares in Edcon and this is really not looking like the type of company we want to give business too or hold shares in. It is just terrible to know how much marketing and things go into the ThankU campaign and advertisements just to have someone like Ntabiseng Pitso mess it up!!!
